We are a small business - think of us as the deli rather than the supermarket. As a team of two security specialists, you will be dealing with us personally; we will be there every step of the way to guide you through our physical security recommendations & implementation plan. One of us will always be available on the other end of the phone to be your personal consultant and directly answer all of your questions - we will be your one point of contact, we promise not to pass you from pillar to post!

We believe in getting to know your business. We will invest time in your business upfront; providing a physical security assessment to thoroughly understand your current security situation. Based on that, we will then tailor a plan to improve your physical security policies and procedures to make a more secure environment in your workplace or home in line with your budget.

Hi, I’m Oli, founder & director of Fortress Protection Solutions. I’m a CSMP® qualified security consultant here to help with all of your physical security needs.
Fortress was born after 15 years working in the security industry, I decided to follow my passion of helping others and now help businesses, or individuals and their families, by providing high-level security advice relating to all aspects of physical security to protect them against expensive & avoidable asset loss or damage as well as helping mitigate dangerous security risks for themselves and their employees.
Protecting your most valuable assets
Vulnerability Assessment
We’ll start by doing an in-depth review of your current security situation. This will involve a vulnerability assessment. The report will outline recommendations to improve current security policies and procedures & will outline the most cost-effective solutions to address any security issues.
Ongoing Support
Following the assessment, we will be able to support the implementation of these recommendations by working with the current security function; or being the security function if you don’t currently have a security or facilities team. This allows businesses or individuals to offload any security related projects and invest valuable time and resources elsewhere.
Security Culture
Over time, we will instil a positive security culture within your home or business; raising awareness with all employees of the importance of security procedure implementation. By identifying security champions within the business, we will collectively inspire employees to share best security practise and deter any potential criminal activity or prevent any simple & avoidable adverse security incidents.

The Citadel has been developed with businesses or residential clients in mind who are at risk from dangerous activities and want to protect their employees, families or precious assets. We help instil high-level security systems and policies right from the design phase to give you peace of mind that you are protected from any potential attacks. Our annual package gives ongoing support to ensure that your physical security measures are always up-to-date and meeting the most current recommended standards.
The Citadel membership will benefit companies or individuals who have experienced asset loss or damage. To help ‘fortify’ your business; we can act on your behalf as your security function or we will work alongside your current security team to identify vulnerabilities and implement new policies, procedures & systems to improve your physical security situation and help reduce avoidable, expensive criminal activity. We act as consultants adding further expertise to your current team. We also offer coaching and support; this may include help with updating current practise and improving the skill-set of the current team so they can self-manage more effectively.
The Citadel is a monthly retainer package that gives you ongoing access to our expertise & support throughout the year.
