Meet Oli
Fortress was established by Oliver Ware who has a wealth of experience and sustained record of success directing strategic planning and security operations. He has held a variety of positions, including Security Manager, Head of Security, Senior Security Consultant and Security Director. These responsibilities were fulfilled in a variety of industries, including corporate, telecoms, motor retail, hospitality, distribution, healthcare, and the protection of HNW families and individuals.
In addition to his experience, Oli ranks among the top 5% of people in the world for having successfully completed the International Security Management Institute's globally recognised Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP®) programme. Alongside this he has been approved as a member of the Association of Security Consultants. He is aware that in order to provide clients with the greatest service possible, industry expertise and personal growth are essential.

Meet Phil
A veteran of the British Army with 25 years of front-line experience who has participated in numerous overt and covert operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Northern Ireland. In addition to holding numerous teaching positions for the British Army, he has advised and trained foreign armies on tactics, techniques, and procedures in a number of Middle Eastern states, South America, and West Africa.
He was also a member of the group that provided NATO and civilian contractors in Kabul, Afghanistan, with advice on force protection, threat analysis, and security policies and procedures.

Security Assessment
It all begins with an in-depth security review. We’ll assess your business vulnerabilities and create a detailed report including our recommendations based on your current resources & budget.
Implementation Plan
We’ll discuss the report and work together to develop a tailored implementation plan. We can develop your policies & procedures to make improvements using your current resources. we can assist arranging 3rd party suppliers for new system installations.
Ongoing Review
As part of the membership, we will conduct a bi-annual security audit which is a process to establish the performance of the newly implemented security measures. Detailed reviews will be provided discussing the presence and adequacy of the recommendations.
